Loyalty branding for family fun

Chuck E. Cheese engaged us to enhance their CRM program. In addition to strategy, touchpoints, and rewards, we worked to create a unique brand for the new program.

Our ideation led us to position the program as somehow premium, or exclusive. Initial concepts spun this into everything from pixel art to country club crests.

Ultimately, we settled on More Cheese for the program title, and continued to develop visuals.

We developed an app concept that would let children earn points at home to put towards rewards at the restaurant.

Finally, we put everything together into a styleguide for use by the Chuck E. Cheese team.
